About RestoFigures

RestoFigures is a collection of free calculators built for the people who run restaurants, bars, cafés, food trucks, bakeries, and catering companies. Every tool does one job, food cost percentage, pour cost, tip pooling, prime cost, catering quotes, and does it fast, on any device, with no sign-up.

Why we built this

Food businesses run on some of the thinnest margins in any industry. The difference between a restaurant that lasts and one that doesn't often comes down to a handful of numbers: what each dish costs, what it sells for, what labor runs, and what the bar is really pouring. Yet most operators do this math on napkins, in their heads, or in a spreadsheet they built once and never updated.

We wanted tools that respect how busy operators are: open the page, type three numbers, get the answer. No accounts, no upsells, no 2,000-word article standing between you and the number you need.

How the site stays free

RestoFigures is supported by display advertising. The calculators themselves are and will remain free to use, with no account required.

Accuracy

All calculations run entirely in your browser using standard industry formulas. Results are estimates for planning purposes: always sanity-check important decisions against your own books, and verify labor-related rules (tip pooling, overtime, breaks) against your local labor laws.
